- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lita is both unhelpful and rude. When asking a simple question she became frustrated and irritated with me. Her lack of compassion and understanding was truly dissapointing. It does not matter to me that my package was returned but the way in which Lita spoke to me was what prompted this review. My only reasoning behind her behavior is that she is not a good listener and jumped to conclusions instead of listening to my question. It's no wonder my handicapped family member drives all the way to Mckinney for mail.By Neressa The Wise, February 15, 2017
